  • Unopened Products: Unopened products may be eligible for a refund within 7 business days of purchase.

  • Return Authorization: We will provide you with a return authorization number (RA) and instructions on how to return the product.

  • Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was damaged or defective.

3. Exceptions:

  • Customized Products: Customized or personalized products are generally not eligible for refund.

  • Sale Items: Items purchased on sale are typically final sale and not eligible for refund.
