Shipping Policy

We ship all the orders within UAE in 2 business days. In case of any shortage or delays, clients will be informed; in case orders can not be met due to any unseen circumstances, clients will be refunded within 5 working days.

For any international orders, packages will be handed over to the shipment agent within 2 business days. The rest of the shipping days  will be calculated as per the size, distance and weight of the location and the order size, and will be informed to the client. 

In case of any delays due to the shipment agent, The Color Cosmetics will not be held responsible. The client will receive the tracking id and be informed about the estimated time of arrival.
